A-TEK, Inc. was awarded a position on the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) multiple-award contract vehicle. SHIELD is a 10-year, multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract with a $151 billion ceiling, designed to support the development, integration, and sustainment of advanced missile defense capabilities that contribute to a resilient, layered homeland defense architecture.

This vehicle plays a key role in enabling MDA’s broader vision for an integrated defense ecosystem, often referred to as the “Golden Dome,” which brings together sensors, systems, and data to strengthen threat detection, decision-making, and response across domains. Through SHIELD, A-TEK is positioned to deliver scalable, mission-focused solutions that enhance national security, leveraging our strengths in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data-driven engineering to support MDA’s evolving priorities.
