Terri Mosley
As the Director of Human Resources at A-TEK, Terri is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience by implementing leadership, energy, and strategic acumen within the HR Department.
Terri’s focus is also directed toward developing the HR Department by strategically aligning the Talent Acquisition Team with a unified mission and vision, aiming to create a robust and fully operational business model that enhances the Human Capital Management framework.
Terri’s comprehensive experience spans the entire HR lifecycle which includes recruiting, benefits administration, payroll management, employee policies and procedures, employee relations, HR system implementations and management, HR compliance, ISO standards, and the H1B visa process.
Having served as a transformative leader across government contracting, private industry, manufacturing and non-profit sectors, Terri brings over 21 years of HR expertise to A-TEK.
With a diverse background, having worked with both small and large businesses, as well as in the non-profit sector, Terri holds an M.S. in HR Management and B.A. in Social Work. Before joining A-TEK, Terri was a Senior HR Business Partner at a mid-sized company that consisted of over 300 employees. In this role, Terri was directly responsible for developing and executing the company’s base and incentive compensation programs, enhancing employee relations and engagement, while ensuring compliance oversight.
