Margaret “Peg” Melberg Promoted to Director of Contracts
Margaret “Peg” Melberg has been promoted to Director of Contracts. Since joining A-TEK in December 2023, Peg has played a vital role in streamlining and enhancing the company’s contracts management processes. Her exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and in-depth understanding of contracts lifecycle management have been instrumental in positioning A-TEK for continued growth.

Robert Freedman Promoted to Director of Federal Civilian Programs
A-TEK is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert Freedman to Director of Federal Civilian Programs. In his new role, Robert will oversee the company’s Federal Civilian portfolio, ensuring successful program execution and delivering mission-critical results for clients.
As part of this leadership transition, A-TEK is advancing its Program Management Office to a Center of Excellence PMO model. Robert will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing this model, ensuring consistent quality and process standardization across programs.

Terri Mosley Promoted to Director of Human Resources
