McLean, VA, August 1, 2026 – A-TEK, Inc., a leading provider of digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and data solutions to the federal government, today announced that Major General (Ret.) Michael J. Talley has joined the company as a Strategic Advisor to support A-TEK’s long-term Defense Health growth strategy.
MG Talley brings more than four decades of military service and leadership experience across the Military Health System. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff and Deputy Commanding General (Support), U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) and concurrently as Chief of the Medical Service Corps. During his distinguished career, he also served as Commanding General of both the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence and the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, helping shape military medicine, medical readiness, research, and modernization initiatives.
As Strategic Advisor, MG Talley will provide executive-level guidance as A-TEK expands its presence across the Defense Health enterprise. His role will include advising on market strategy, customer engagement, mission priorities, and long-term growth opportunities aligned with the evolving needs of the Military Health System.
