This strategic hire is pivotal as A-TEK continues to expand its capabilities in areas crucial for digital transformation, including AI/ML, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and Agile Application Development.

Crystal brings over 18 years of comprehensive experience, most recently as Vice President of Cloud at 11:59, where she led significant initiatives, including the development of new service lines in digital transformation and cloud security, building out innovative healthcare pilot solutions leveraging Generative AI in the cloud, growing the team by 50%, playing a key role in developing and maturing their AWS partnership, and winning work across new and existing customers.
In her new role at A-TEK, Crystal will drive innovation across our technical domains and partner with senior leaders to enhance our overall solutioning with top-notch digital and technical strategies. Her background aligns seamlessly with the responsibilities outlined in the Chief Technology Officer position, focusing on leading digital roadmap activities, creating high-quality technical solutions for our clients, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Crystal is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and holds an M.S. in Accounting Information Systems Development from Virginia Tech. Her technical acumen and leadership skills make her uniquely qualified to propel A-TEK’s service offerings to new heights.
